I owned a chain of health clubs on the east coast for over 15 years. And year after year, I’d watch the same people come in to work out. And most people (sadly) got few, if any, results.
Sure, they spent the time in the gym, maybe working out three, four, even five times per week, but their body shape never changed. And these were diligent folks.
